By using Gauge.Me and/or www.Gauge360.com and/or Insight.Gauge360.com you acknowledge and agree to the following; Terms of use This web site is owned and operated by Gauge360 Limited and by posting a job advert or applying to job advert it is deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions, which expressly apply to services and information, provided by third parties.

Gauge is committed to ensuring that your information is secure and our use of Cookies is used to create better user engagement. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, Gauge has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures.

  • Individual candidates using www.Gauge360.com and/or www.Gauge.Me will never be required to pay a fee or be contacted to do so via email.
  • All emails to all users will be of a marketing style and not provide links to a users account or request they input their details from any other site.

  • We use Rackspace to host all our servers to ensure stability and security globally.

  • Other persona information to be shared with recruiter as employers that you may complete during your application.

Our use of CVs and other personal information including talent profiles are supplied during the active period of a job advert or talent pool.

User information remains the copyright of Gauge360 Limited unless an applicants CV has been downloaded and stored on your own hardware.

Gauge is not liable, nor can it be held responsible for retaining and/or providing any information or raw data. Personal data supplied by you to Gauge may be transferred to third party service providers such as job boards electronically. Any transfers will be as secure as the third party systems allow via security layers where possible and be stored or processed on our behalf, including third parties located outside of the EU in countries you have selected. where there may be a lower legal level of data protection.

All data is managed and stored in accordance with the UK ICO (Information commissioners office) and the parent company of Gauge360 Limited, Gauge360 Limited is registered with.

Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003

Individuals, Employers, jobseekers and recruiters need to be aware that Genie delivers online SaaS (Software as a Service) applications only and does not introduce or supply work-seekers to recruiters (or vice versa). It is job advertisers, recruiters, employment agencies and direct employers responsibility to ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to in the country of employment being made.

This includes all vetting, on boarding, assessment and selection process are legally acknowledged within the recruitment process for any position to be filled. Jobseekers We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time and features available within a users account. We do not endorse nor accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from any job advert and/or recruiter failings during your application process. Services and information provided on the site by Gauge360 Limited and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process.

Neither Gauge nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs, talent profiles, videos, content or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.

We recommend and provide links to all our third parties terms and conditions. These relate to all services, copyright, content and copyright aspects of any solutions supplied by Gauge360 Limited. Payments All prices include VAT. All invoices are payable within 30 days from invoice date.

Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 3% above Bank of England base rate at the time of each overdue period. All online transactions are delivered and managed by PayPal Pro services to Gauge360 Limited.

All personal card details are not held or managed by Gauge360 Limited or Gauge360 Limited. All transactions that result in refunds will be made by Gauge360 Limited via PayPal Pro or direct bank transfer as per how payments we made for Gauge services.

All parties may terminate in writing the provision of Gauge services, which includes all Gauge.Me information for 30-day standard contracts. Limitation of liability Gauge360 Limited and/or associated companies accept no liability in respect of any services.

Job advertising Job adverts go live after payment confirmation and any amends require the client to contact our customer services at admin@gauge360.com. Illegal Job Adverts Advertisements, which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability, are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher.

Check all terms and conditions of third party job boards to ensure your advert confirms that any requirement or qualification, which may appear to discriminate illegally, is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, nonetheless if Gauge and/or third party suppliers believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it without liability to you or refund amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.

When you terminate use of Gauge products or request to action your right to be forgotten we will remove your identifiable and personal data from all our systems.

All employers and/or recruitment agencies that may use Gauge product must agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything, which may bring Gauge into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against Gauge and its third party suppliers arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee any response to your job adverts placed via Gauge third party suppliers or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

Gauge uses the latest form of programming including but not limited to; HTML5, ASP.Net, SQL and PNGs. Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure development works across most browsers.

Gauge will not support computer screens less than 18 months old where issues arise visually for lower grade visual equipment of less than 1200 x 768. Content and links If your advertisement links to another site via our external apply online option, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site.

Gauge supports the current and most recent previous versions of all popular browsers, and follows the HTML 5 and CSS 3.0 W3C standards. If your browser is not supported, you may still be able to access our site, but you may encounter some display problems. Passwords Usernames are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. Passwords must be kept confidential and secure. We may deny access to a username if we reasonably believe that an unauthorised person is using it or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions. Concurrent usage of a username is not allowed.
